Ensure Modded Crops Grow Only in Their Season

How Seasonal Crop Tags Work

The Seasonal Integration Mod assigns planting and growth windows to crops from farming mods. Crops like those from Neapolitan or Cultural Delights will only grow during their designated season, matching real-world agricultural cycles.

Verifying Crop Seasons

1. Plant a modded crop (such as from Berry Good or Neapolitan)

2. Check the current in-game season using Serene Seasons indicators

3. Crops should only show growth particles and mature during their correct season

4. If a crop grows year-round, it may not have seasonal tags applied

Troubleshooting Growth Issues

  • Ensure both Serene Seasons and Seasonal Integration are installed
  • Confirm the crop mod is on the compatibility list
  • Check that the crop has proper farmland and light conditions
  • Some crops may require specific weather conditions (rain, temperature) beyond just season
  • If crops still won't grow seasonally, the mod may not yet support that specific crop pack

The mod handles all tagging automatically—you don't need to configure individual crops.
