Seamless Ores Mod automatically protects Nether bastions and basalt/blackstone walls from being overwritten by gold ore or other variants. This ensures these structures remain visually intact and functional.

Verify Protection is Active

The mod's default settings include bastion protection. When you explore Nether fortresses and bastions, you'll notice their blackstone and basalt blocks stay pure—they don't transform into ore variants.

Adjust Nether Generation Settings

If you want to modify how strictly the mod protects structures, open the settings menu and look for Nether vein generation options. You can fine-tune whether ore veins generate near or inside specific structures.

Custom Datapacks and Terrain Mods

The mod works seamlessly with world generation datapacks and terrain overhauls like Terralith without conflicts. Structure protection applies regardless of which terrain generation mod you're using, so custom biomes and structures remain protected.
