Adjust Scroll Sensitivity for Comfortable Speed Changes

Find Your Scroll Step Sweet Spot

Open the mod settings and locate the scroll step option. This controls how much your speed changes with each mouse wheel click. If you're making huge speed jumps with tiny scrolls, increase the scroll step value. If changes feel too small and require many scrolls, decrease it.

Test and Refine

Hold Alt and scroll your wheel a few times to feel the current sensitivity. Make a small adjustment to scroll step, then test again. Most players prefer a setting where 3–5 scrolls take them from normal speed down to their minimum comfortable pace.

Balance Precision and Speed

A lower scroll step gives you finer control for detailed building or cinematic work. A higher scroll step lets you make quick adjustments during exploration or combat. You can change this setting anytime without restarting the game, so experiment until it feels natural to your playstyle.
