Drag items directly onto your survivor panel

The mod displays a large survivor character model on the right side of your inventory screen. You can equip armor, clothing, and held items by dragging them directly onto this panel instead of using a separate equipment menu.

Step-by-step

1. Press E to open your inventory

2. Locate the survivor panel on the right showing your character model

3. Find armor or clothing in your inventory slots or nearby loot

4. Drag the item onto the appropriate part of the survivor model (chest for chestplate, head for helmet, etc.)

5. Release to equip instantly

6. For your held item, drag gear onto the large translucent hands display in the center

The held item panel shows your active hotbar item at double scale with a name banner, making it easy to see what you're carrying. This streamlined approach keeps you in the looting interface longer without switching between screens.
