Break the base, collect the pile, and you have your scaffolding back in inventory ready for the next build. Keep a dedicated spot in your inventory or a nearby chest for scaffolding so the collect-and-redeploy cycle stays quick.

Stack Multiple Groups for Bulk Collection

On large projects you may have several independent scaffolding clusters. Break each cluster's base one at a time and collect its pile before moving on. This prevents drops from overlapping and makes it obvious when you have grabbed everything. If two clusters are close together, clear one fully before starting the next so you do not confuse which items came from where.

Combine With Your Normal Workflow

Use the mod's behavior as part of your routine: place scaffolding freely while building, then tear down by targeting bases. Because drops land at the base spot, you can even position yourself so the pile appears somewhere convenient, like next to your storage chest.
