Understand What Each Bar Tells You During Gameplay

Saturation Bar

This secondary hunger indicator shows your food buffer. When you eat, saturation fills before your main hunger bar increases. As you perform actions, saturation depletes first—once it's gone, your hunger bar starts dropping. Keeping saturation high means your hunger won't decrease as quickly during combat or mining.

Exhaustion Bar

This bar measures fatigue from your activities. As exhaustion builds from sprinting, jumping, or swimming, it eventually triggers your hunger or saturation to decrease by one point. Understanding this helps you predict when you'll need to eat next.

Armor Toughness Bar

Armor toughness is a hidden stat that provides extra damage reduction on top of your armor's base protection. Higher toughness means armor absorbs more damage before degrading. This bar lets you see at a glance how much toughness your current gear provides.
