Support Custom Glass Types

Saro's Better Glass Mod can work with glass blocks added by other mods beyond vanilla variants.

Configure Modded Glass Support

1. Open the configuration file

2. Locate the "modded glass blocks" or "custom blocks" section

3. Toggle support for modded glass on

4. If needed, manually register specific glass block IDs from other mods

What This Enables

Once enabled, glass blocks from other mods will:

• Shatter when hit by arrows
• Break under falling anvils
• Produce colored shards matching their appearance
• Follow the same despawn rules as vanilla glass

Troubleshooting

If a modded glass block isn't breaking:

• Verify the mod is loaded alongside Saro's Better Glass
• Check that modded glass support is enabled in config
• Some mods may require manual block registration—consult both mod documentations

This feature ensures consistent glass destruction mechanics across your entire modpack.
