Customize Glass Shard Appearance and Behavior

Access Configuration Settings

You can fine-tune how glass shards look and behave after breaking:

1. Open the mod's configuration file

2. Find the shard physics and visual settings section

Adjustable Parameters

• Shard count: Control how many pieces spawn per broken block
• Scatter physics: Modify how fast and far shards fly outward
• Despawn timer: Glass shards automatically disappear after ten seconds by default
• Color matching: Shards inherit the color of the original glass block

Performance Considerations

If you're experiencing lag:

• Reduce the number of shards spawned per break
• Lower the physics intensity to decrease particle movement complexity
• Keep the despawn timer at default to prevent shard buildup

These settings let you balance visual impact with performance on your system.
