Sleep with a Villager in Your Base
Sharing a Bed with Villagers
Room for Two Mod extends bed-sharing to local villagers, allowing you to rest alongside them without needing separate beds for your base.
Setting Up Villager Bed Sharing
1. Place a bed in an accessible location within your base
2. Ensure a villager is nearby (within a reasonable distance)
3. Right-click the bed to lie down
4. The villager will occupy the bed with you if conditions allow
Benefits for Base Design
This feature is particularly useful for:
- Space efficiency: Reduce the number of beds needed in trading halls or villager housing
- Aesthetic builds: Create cozy shared sleeping areas without cluttering your base with multiple beds
- Compact layouts: Maximize usable space in smaller bases or underground shelters
Important Notes
Villagers follow standard Minecraft bed mechanics—they will attempt to sleep at night. Having a shared bed means you can rest in the same space without dedicating separate blocks to individual beds.
