Understanding Barrel Probability

Each encounter spot in the tower has a two-fifths chance to spawn a loot barrel instead of a monster spawner. With up to eight spots per floor across ten interior levels, you'll encounter a mix of combat and rewards on every run. Accept that some floors will be combat-heavy while others offer more barrels.

Strategy for Efficient Looting

Clear each floor systematically from entrance to stairs. Defeat or avoid spawned mobs to safely reach every barrel location. Since barrel contents pull from 11 distinct reward tables, you won't know what you're getting until you open them—this variety is intentional.

Bring adequate weapons, armor, and healing items. The unpredictable enemy mix means some runs spawn more dangerous mobs than others. Don't rush through floors; take time to locate all eight potential encounter spots, as some may contain barrels rather than threats.

Reaching the Top

Climb steadily through all ten randomized floors to reach the open-air eleventh level. The roof itself contains no spawners or barrels, but represents your successful completion. Each tower run generates a unique layout, so loot distribution varies—this keeps farming fresh across multiple attempts.
