Customize Your Horse Stats Display

Opening the Settings Menu

While riding a horse, donkey, mule, or llama, press the H key to open the RideHud settings menu. This menu lets you control exactly what information appears on your screen.

Choosing Your Display Options

The settings menu offers several customization choices:

  • Toggle text-form stats: Enable or disable numerical readouts of your mount's health, speed, and jump height displayed as text alongside the visual bars.
  • Switch to de-OP-ified mode: Instead of showing maximum possible values, this mode displays your mount's *current* jump height and speed on the bars. This is useful if you prefer seeing real-time performance rather than theoretical maximums.
  • Reposition bars and hearts: Click and drag the health hearts and stat bars to new locations on your screen. This is especially helpful if another mod's HUD elements are overlapping with RideHud.

Applying Changes

Your preferences save automatically. Simply dismount and remount to see your new configuration in action. You can adjust settings at any time by pressing H again while riding.
