Do I need to wear a full set of gold-trimmed armor to pacify piglins?
No. Even a single piece of armor with a gold trim will pacify piglins, so you can mix and match trims and enchantments without losing protection from piglin attacks.
What's the difference between gold trims and the Snout trim?
Both pacify piglins equally. Gold trims can be applied to any armor piece, while the Snout trim is a specific trim found in Bastion structures that serves the same purpose.
Can I find the Snout trim anywhere besides Bastions?
The Snout trim is primarily found in Bastion Remnants. Check treasure chests and loot throughout the structure to locate it.
Will piglins still attack me if I'm wearing gold-trimmed armor but no other gold items?
No. The mod makes gold trims count as golden armor for piglin pacification, so you won't be attacked even if you're not carrying gold ingots or wearing full golden gear.
Does this mod work with modded armor?
The mod recognizes standard Minecraft armor with gold trims. Compatibility with modded armor depends on how the mod handles trim systems, so results may vary.
Can I combine gold trims with other trim types on the same armor piece?
No. Each armor piece can only have one trim applied at a time, so you'll need to choose between gold trims and other decorative trims.
Do gold-trimmed tools or weapons pacify piglins?
Only armor with gold trims pacifies piglins. Tools and weapons don't affect piglin behavior with this mod.
Will piglins still trade with me if I'm wearing gold-trimmed armor?
