Troubleshoot Head and Eye Animation Issues

Check if Animations Are Enabled

Verify that head splitting and eye tracking are both enabled in your mod configuration. Sometimes features are disabled by default or accidentally turned off. Look for toggle switches or boolean values labeled "enabled" or "active."

Verify Microphone and Audio Setup

If your head isn't reacting to sounds:

  • Confirm your microphone is plugged in and set as the default input device
  • Test your microphone in system settings outside of Minecraft
  • Check if the mod has specific audio input settings or device selection
  • Ensure volume detection isn't set to an impossibly high threshold

Reset to Defaults and Reconfigure

If animations are glitchy or eyes track erratically, reset all settings to default values. Then gradually adjust one setting at a time to identify which change causes problems. This isolates configuration conflicts. If issues persist after a clean reset, verify your mod version is compatible with your Minecraft version and that no conflicting mods are installed.
