Make Your Head React to Game Sounds and Voice

Enable Microphone and Audio Input

Ensure your microphone is connected and recognized by your system. The mod needs audio input access to detect sounds. Check your mod settings for microphone permissions and enable audio detection if it's toggled off.

Configure Volume Detection Sensitivity

Adjust the volume threshold—this determines how loud a sound must be to trigger your head split animation:

  • Lower threshold = head reacts to quieter sounds
  • Higher threshold = only loud noises cause a reaction

Start with a moderate setting and speak or make sounds to test. Your head should split open when you talk or when loud in-game events occur.

Optimize for Your Environment

If your head reacts too frequently (background noise triggering it), increase the threshold. If it barely reacts to your voice, lower it. Test in different game situations—during combat, exploration, or quiet moments—to find the sweet spot that feels natural for your playstyle.
