How to Render a Replay With Separate Voice Chat Audio Tracks

Why Separate Tracks Matter

When you render a ReplayMod replay with Replay Voice Chat installed, each audio source is exported as its own file rather than being mixed into one track. This makes editing far easier — you can mute a loud player, boost quiet ones, or sync voice to specific moments in a video editor.

Rendering Steps

1. Open the replay in ReplayMod's replay viewer.

2. Set up your camera path and any keyframes as usual.

3. Open the render settings. You will see additional audio options provided by Replay Voice Chat alongside the standard ReplayMod render options.

4. Choose your video format and quality. The mod will export the video plus separate audio tracks.

5. Start the render. Depending on length, this can take a while.

Locating Your Exported Tracks

After rendering finishes, check the output folder you selected. You will find the video file plus individual audio files — typically one per speaker or per audio category (locational, group, your own voice). Import these into your editing software and align them with the video.

Tips

Keep the original replay file until you are happy with the render, since re-rendering is faster than re-recording. If a track is silent, that speaker simply was not talking during the captured segment.
