How to Find and Trade with a Repairsmith

Locating a Repair Workshop

Repairsmiths set up shop in villages within dedicated repair workshop structures. When exploring a village, look for a building featuring an anvil as its primary workstation—this is where the Repairsmith operates. If your village doesn't have a repair workshop naturally generated, you may need to explore multiple villages or create conditions for new structures to spawn.

Trading for Repairs

Once you've found a Repairsmith, approach them and open the trade menu. Select the damaged item you wish to repair from your inventory. The Repairsmith will display a cost in emeralds based on how much damage your item has taken—more damaged items cost more to repair.

Complete the trade by providing the required emeralds. Your item will be fully repaired and returned to you in perfect condition. Both you and the Repairsmith gain experience from successful trades, allowing the villager to level up and potentially unlock better deals or additional benefits.

Maximizing Value

Watch for trade discounts as you build your relationship with the Repairsmith through repeated trades. These discounts reduce repair costs, making it more economical to maintain your gear over time.
