Clean Fossils and Extract Bone Parts on the Paleontology Table
Setting Up the Paleontology Table
The Paleontology Table is your primary tool for processing Encased Fossils. Craft or locate one, then place it in your workspace.
Cleaning Process
1. Place an Encased Fossil into the Paleontology Table's input slot.
2. Interact with the table to begin the cleaning process. This is typically an interactive GUI.
3.
4. Collect the cleaned bone pieces from the output. Each fossil yields multiple bone components.
5. Repeat with additional fossils to gather a complete skeleton set.
Understanding Bone Parts
Different fossils yield different bone types—skulls, spines, limbs, and tails. You'll need a variety to assemble a complete Chimera skeleton. Keep organized by storing bone types separately so you can easily identify what you're missing.
Efficiency Tip
Clean multiple fossils at once if the table allows batch processing, or set up multiple tables to speed up production.
