Refined Storage Requestify FAQ

9 questions players actually ask, answered.

What does the Refined Storage Requestify mod do?
It extends Refined Storage by automatically keeping your system stocked with craftable items. It adds a Requester block that creates crafting jobs when your stock of a chosen item runs low.
What blocks does Refined Storage Requestify add?
It adds the Requester and the Crafting Emitter. The Requester keeps a set amount of one item stocked, and the Crafting Emitter sends a redstone signal when a specific item is being crafted.
What is the Requester in Refined Storage Requestify?
The Requester is an RS network block where you specify how many of one item you want kept in your system. It automatically creates crafting jobs to reach that amount.
What is the Crafting Emitter in Refined Storage Requestify?
The Crafting Emitter sends out a redstone signal when a specific item is being crafted. It is one of the two blocks the mod registers.
Which Minecraft versions does Refined Storage Requestify support?
The mod supports Minecraft 1.16.4, 1.16.5, 1.18.1, 1.18.2, 1.19.2 and 1.20.1.
Does Refined Storage Requestify require Refined Storage?
Yes, it is an addon to Refined Storage. The Requester is a Refined Storage network block, so Refined Storage is needed for it to work.
How do I make the Requester craft more items at once?
Adding more stack upgrades to a Requester allows it to craft more items at once.
Can I change the maximum crafting batch size in Refined Storage Requestify?
Yes, the config has a MAX_CRAFT_AMOUNT option, which defaults to 1000. In versions before 1.21 you can set the maximum size for crafting batches there, and the Requester will still reach the desired amount using smaller batches.
How many items can the Requester keep stocked?
You specify how many of one item you want kept in your system, for example a stack of chests. The Requester then creates crafting jobs automatically to maintain that amount.
