Set Up a Pattern Grid Recipe from JEI

Open JEI and Find Your Recipe

Locate the item you want to autocraft in Just Enough Items. Hover over it and press U to see what recipes produce it, or R to see what it crafts into.

Send the Recipe to Your Pattern Grid

With the recipe displayed in JEI, look for the arrow or send button. Click it to push the recipe directly into your Refined Storage Pattern Grid. The mod will automatically populate the grid with the recipe layout.

Review and Confirm

Open your Pattern Grid and check that all ingredients are correctly placed. The mod highlights which items your storage system already has in stock. If any ingredients are missing, you'll see them marked differently—this helps you know what to gather or craft first.

Encode and Start Autocrafting

Once satisfied, encode the pattern into a blank Pattern. Your Refined Storage system can now autocraft this item whenever you request it, pulling ingredients from your storage automatically.
