Finding and Claiming a Town

Locate a settlement by exploring the world or using /rvfind to locate the nearest village. Once you've found a town hall, approach the lectern inside and right-click it to open the village menu. This is your command center for all town operations.

Joining as a Resident

Stand inside the town hall and type /rvjoin in chat. You are now part of this faction and can participate in its economy and wars. Your status appears in the village menu, where you can monitor population, treasury, and soldier counts.

As a member, you'll earn emeralds through taxes collected from working villagers. These funds accumulate in your town treasury and can be spent on new buildings, soldier recruitment, and upgrades. The more your villagers work—farming, butchering, and crafting—the faster your emerald income grows.

Growing Your Settlement

Use the village menu to upgrade houses and unlock new structures. Each upgrade increases your population capacity and unlocks better jobs for villagers. Check back regularly; your town continues developing even when you're exploring elsewhere, though your active participation in battles earns bonus emeralds.
