Using RebornCore-Powered Machines and Storage in Your World

RebornCore itself gives you nothing to place, but knowing what it powers helps you plan a base. The mods built on it share a common look and feel, so once you learn one you can read the others quickly.

Energy and Machines

Tech-focused mods built on RebornCore, such as TechReborn, use a shared energy system. Machines accept power from cables and internal buffers, and most have a GUI showing stored energy, progress, and input/output slots. The practical habit is to build a small power source first, run cable to a machine, and confirm the machine's energy bar fills before adding more machines. If a machine does nothing, check its energy buffer before assuming a recipe is wrong.

Storage and Utility Blocks

Storage-oriented mods like QuantumStorage and Reborn Storage add high-capacity containers and drawers. These usually need to be placed, then configured by right-clicking to set what they hold. Trashcans, also built on the core, simply void whatever you insert — useful for deleting cobblestone or unwanted outputs from a farm.

Chunk Loading and Automation

SimpleChunkLoader keeps an area loaded so machines keep running while you are away, and the Reborn ports of Steve's Carts and Steve's Factory Manager handle transport and item routing. Place a chunk loader near your machine room, then verify machines still tick when you travel far away.

General Rule

Because these mods share core code, their GUIs and side-configuration behave similarly. Learn side configuration on one machine and you can apply it to the rest.
