How to Tell If RebornCore Is Working (and Which Mods Need It)
RebornCore is a library mod, so it adds almost nothing you can craft or place on its own. Its job is to provide shared code that other mods depend on. That means the first thing to understand is that "is RebornCore working?" is really the question "are my dependent mods loading?"
Check Your Mod List
Open the mods screen from the main menu. You should see RebornCore listed alongside the mods that require it, such as TechReborn, QuantumStorage, Fluxed Redstone, Trashcans, SimpleChunkLoader, Reborn Storage, and the Reborn ports of Steve's Carts and Steve's Factory Manager. If RebornCore is missing while one of those is present, the game will usually fail to reach the main menu at all.
Diagnose a Crash on Startup
If Minecraft closes before the title screen, open the crash report or the latest log file. A missing or mismatched RebornCore typically shows up as a class-not-found or dependency error naming the mod that needed it. The fix is to make sure RebornCore is present and that its version matches what the dependent mod expects — library mods are version-sensitive, so an outdated core can break a newer dependent mod.
What You Will Not Find
Do not go looking for RebornCore blocks, items, or a creative tab. There are none worth using directly. Everything you interact with in-game belongs to the dependent mods; RebornCore just makes them run.
