Understand cooldown exemption

Players with the proper permission node can bypass this cooldown entirely and use /rtp or /rtpd as often as they want.

Grant the permission

In your server's permission plugin (such as LuckPerms or PermissionsEx), add the appropriate permission node to the player or group. The exact node depends on your mod version, but typically follows the pattern randomtp.cooldown.exempt or similar.

Verify it works

Have the player try using /rtp twice in quick succession. If the permission is set correctly, the second teleport will execute immediately instead of showing a cooldown message. If it doesn't work, check that your permission plugin has reloaded and the node name matches your mod's documentation.
