Set Up Alerts for Shiny Pokémon

Enable Shiny Detection

Open your mod configuration menu and locate the Radiant Notification settings. Find the toggle for Shiny Pokémon alerts and enable it. This will activate chat notifications whenever a Shiny variant spawns within your render distance.

Customize Your Alert Preferences

Once enabled, you can adjust the alert sensitivity. Some players prefer notifications for all Shinies, while others want alerts only for rarer species. Check if your config allows you to whitelist or blacklist specific Pokémon from triggering notifications.

Monitor Chat for Coordinates

When a Shiny spawns nearby, a message will appear in your chat box with exact coordinates. Write these down or use them immediately to navigate to the location. The mod provides both X and Z coordinates (and sometimes Y) so you can pinpoint the spawn precisely.

Combine with Discord Integration

If you have Mc2Discord installed, configure it to relay Shiny alerts to a Discord channel. This way, you'll receive notifications even when minimized or AFK, ensuring you never miss a rare spawn.
