How to Create a Path Between Two Points
Setting the Start Point
Hold a shovel in your hand. Walk to where you want the path to begin, then crouch (hold the sneak key) and right-click the block you want the path to start from. This marks the first point. You should see some indication that the start has been registered.
Setting the End Point
Still holding the shovel, walk to where you want the path to finish. Right-click the destination block normally (no crouching this time). The mod will instantly generate a path connecting the two points. The path appears automatically, so you do not need to place any blocks yourself.
Tips for Best Results
- Both points must be valid blocks you can target with your shovel.
- The path follows the terrain between the two points rather than a straight line, so it will look natural on uneven ground.
- If the path does not appear, check that you crouched for the first click and did not crouch for the second.
- You can repeat the process to chain multiple path segments together for longer routes.
- Make sure you are actually holding a shovel, since the mod only responds to that tool.
