Troubleshoot Curing Not Working

Check Prerequisites

1. Verify the mob is a zombie villager, not a regular zombie. Zombie villagers have a different appearance and green robes.

2. Confirm weakness is applied. The zombie villager should have a visible weakness effect. If the potion didn't land, throw another splash potion or stand in a lingering cloud.

3. Use a golden apple, not a regular apple. Regular apples won't trigger the cure even with weakness applied.

Common Issues

Potion didn't apply: Splash potions work best. Make sure you're close enough and the potion actually hits the zombie villager.

Nothing happens after using the apple: The weakness effect may have worn off. Reapply the potion and try again immediately.

Zombie villager despawned: Use a name tag to prevent despawning while you gather materials.

Mod Compatibility

If curing still fails, check that the mod is properly installed and enabled. The Quick Cure Mod should work with most modpacks, but conflicts with other mods are rare.
