Set Up a Zombie Villager Curing Station
Planning Your Station
A curing station lets you process zombie villagers efficiently. Choose a location near your base where you can safely contain and cure multiple villagers.
Building the Station
1. Create an enclosure using blocks to hold zombie villagers. Leave enough space to move around and apply potions.
2. Stock supplies nearby. Keep a chest or barrel containing:
- Golden apples
- Potions of weakness (splash or lingering)
- Extra supplies for repeat curing sessions
3. Add lighting to prevent mobs from spawning, but keep the area safe for you to work.
4. Optional: use name tags on zombie villagers you're saving to prevent them from despawning while you gather materials.
Using Your Station
Bring zombie villagers to your station, apply weakness potion, then use a golden apple. Thanks to the instant cure, you can process multiple villagers quickly without waiting between conversions. This makes it practical to cure villagers in bulk and build up a trading hub.
