Appreciating Fixed Paintings and Mob Effects

Viewing the Baroque and Cotán Paintings

Two paintings receive texture fixes in this resource pack: Baroque and Cotán. These paintings now display corrected colors and details that resolve visual inconsistencies in the Programmer Art.

Placing and Observing Paintings

1. Obtain paintings through crafting or find them in structures

2. Place them on walls in your base or gallery

3. Step back to view the full painting—the fixes improve color depth and detail clarity

4. Compare the corrected versions to reference images to see how shading and hue have been refined

Status Effect Icons

When you or mobs gain status effects (Bad Omen, Raid Omen, Trial Omen, Weaving, Oozing, Infested, or Wind Charged), the icons displayed in your inventory and above affected entities now show improved visuals. These icons are clearer and more consistent with the overall art style. Trigger these effects through gameplay—Bad Omen from Raid Captains, Trial Omen from Trial Spawners, or others from specific mob encounters—to see the enhanced icon designs in action.
