How to Build Walls and Bridges Faster in Creative Mode

Why Creative Players Benefit Most

In creative mode you have unlimited blocks, so the only bottleneck is placement speed. Removing the four-tick delay turns a wall from a chore into a single continuous drag.

Building a Long Wall

1. Place your first block at one end and stand so your crosshair is level with the row you want.

2. Hold right-click and walk sideways along the wall line. Blocks fill in behind your cursor continuously.

3. At the end of the row, release, step up or down one level, and start the next row from the same end. Alternating direction each row keeps your aim consistent.

4. For a wall with no adjacent structure, use air-click placement: aim into empty space in the direction of the wall and hold. The mod places blocks along that locked direction.

Building a Bridge

1. Stand at the edge of solid ground and aim at the air block directly in front of you at foot level.

2. Hold right-click and walk forward. The bridge extends under you as you go.

3. Because direction is locked while held, looking slightly left or right will not send blocks off to the side.

4. If you fall, the bridge is still there — walk back up and continue from the last block.

Speed Tip

Do not sprint-jump while bridging. A steady walk gives the cleanest line and the fewest corrections.
