Adjust Hunger Drain and Block Limits for Your Playstyle

Open the Configuration Menu

Access your mod's config screen through your mod settings or launcher. Look for Prismatic Ore Excavation options to find hunger and block limit controls.

Customize Hunger Costs

The hunger drain rate determines how much food you consume per vein. Increase it for a survival challenge, or decrease it for relaxed mining. Lower hunger costs let you mine more before needing to eat; higher costs make large veins more risky and resource-intensive.

Set Block Count Limits

Block limits cap how many blocks can break in a single swing. A lower limit breaks smaller veins and prevents accidentally destroying massive areas. A higher limit lets you clear entire deposits instantly but consumes more hunger and durability.

Balance Your Preferences

Experiment with values that match your playstyle. Survival players might prefer high hunger costs and low block limits for challenge. Creative or relaxed players can reduce both for efficiency. Changes take effect immediately, so test different settings and adjust until mining feels right for your game.
