Assemble and Power Up Your First Power Armor Suit

Gathering Your Armor Pieces

Craft the power armor pieces you want to use. You can make individual pieces—helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots—each contributing different stat bonuses. Check the recipe book in your crafting table to see what materials you need.

Placing and Powering the Armor

Once you have your pieces crafted, place them on the ground in the world. The exact positioning doesn't matter—they don't need to be arranged in any particular formation.

Next, you'll need redstone blocks to power the suit. Place redstone blocks near or on your armor pieces. The armor will activate and begin drawing power from the redstone.

Entering the Suit

Walk to the back of your armor setup and right-click to enter. You'll now be inside the powered armor and can move around with all the stat bonuses your equipped pieces provide.

Important Notes

Any redstone power remaining in the suit persists between uses, so you won't need to fully repower it every time. If you die while wearing the armor, it will drop at your death location with its remaining power intact.
