Resetting Pot Color

If you want to remove the dye from a colored pot and return it to its uncolored state, you'll need a water-filled cauldron.

Washing Off Color

1. Fill a cauldron with water (right-click with a water bucket)

2. Hold the colored pot in your hand

3. Right-click the pot onto the water-filled cauldron

4. The dye will wash off, leaving an uncolored pot

Changing Colors

You don't need to wash off the old color to apply a new one. Simply right-click your colored pot with a different dye, and it will change to the new color immediately. This makes color experimentation quick and efficient—no need to reset between changes. The cauldron method is only necessary if you specifically want to return a pot to its uncolored state.
