Portable Hole Mod do?
It adds a magical tool that opens temporary passages through solid blocks. Click a surface to clear a short tunnel in that direction, and the removed blocks return on their own after a few seconds.

Where are the config files for
Portable Hole?
Client and common configs are in .minecraft/config, named -client.toml and -common.toml. Server configs are per world, found in .minecraft/saves/ /serverconfig/ -server.toml for singleplayer or /serverconfig/ -server.toml on a server.
Do I need to restart the game after editing the config?
No. After saving the file, the config automatically reloads in-game after a couple of seconds.

What dependencies does
