How to Pick a Specific Output When Two Mods Share a Crafting Recipe
Spotting the Conflict
When two installed mods register the same shaped or shapeless recipe, the crafting table normally picks one result and hides the other. With Polymorph installed, look directly above the output slot after placing your ingredients. If more than one valid result exists, a small button appears there. If you only see one result and no button, the recipe is not actually duplicated — the mod only shows the selector when a real conflict exists.
Choosing and Locking In Your Result
1. Place the ingredients as normal in the crafting grid.
2. Click the button above the output slot. A list of every possible result for those exact ingredients opens.
3. Click the item you want. The output slot updates to that item.
4. Take the crafted stack as usual.
The mod remembers your choice. The next time you place the same ingredient layout, it defaults to the result you picked last, so you do not have to reopen the menu every single craft. This is what makes bulk crafting of a mod-specific item practical instead of a click-fest.
If you change your mind, just click the button again and pick a different entry. Your new pick becomes the saved default for that recipe.
