Do I need to be in creative mode to build statues?
No, you can build statues in survival mode, but you must have enough of the required blocks in your inventory first. If your server has exact_blocks enabled in the config, you need to carry the exact colored blocks the statue will use.
Why does my statue look wrong or have missing colors?
This usually happens if the skin server is down or the player's skin didn't load properly. Try typing /clearskincache to refresh the cached skins, then build the statue again.
Can I build a statue of a player with a custom or old skin?
Yes, the plugin supports all skin formats including normal skins, slim arms, and outer layers like jackets. It will automatically detect and render whatever skin the player is currently using.
How do I build just the head instead of the whole body?
Use the command /statue head to spawn only the player's head as a statue. You can also build other specific body parts by replacing 'head' with the part name in the command.
What happens if I don't have enough blocks to build a statue?
In survival mode, the statue won't build and you'll get a message telling you how many blocks you're short. Gather the missing blocks and try again.
Can I change which direction the statue faces?
Yes, the statue automatically rotates to face you when it spawns. If you want a different pose or orientation, you can use commands like /statue xz to make it lie flat on the ground instead of standing.
Why did my statue spawn inside blocks or suffocate me?
The plugin is designed to spawn statues two blocks above your head to prevent this. Make sure you're standing in an open area with plenty of empty space above you before building.
Can I add armor to a finished statue?
Yes, include the armor type in your command, like /statue diamond_armor to build the statue wearing diamond armor. You can choose from diamond, iron, gold, or chainmail.
Does building a statue destroy my buildings or terrain?
No, the plugin only replaces air blocks, so your existing structures and terrain are always safe. This is why you need to build in an open area.
How do I remove a statue if I made a mistake?
Type /undostatue to instantly remove the last statue you created on the server. This is the quickest way to fix placement errors or unwanted builds.
