Configure Corpse Settings and Behavior

Access the Configuration Menu

Use /trigger config to open the mod's settings screen. This menu lets you customize how corpses behave and how you interact with them.

Key Settings to Adjust

Interaction Method: Choose between sneaking or right-clicking to retrieve items from a corpse.

Corpse Despawn Timer: By default, corpses never despawn naturally. You can enable a custom timer if you want corpses to disappear after a set duration, adding difficulty to your recovery attempts.

Ownership Lock: Enable this to prevent other players from stealing your items. Only you can retrieve your gear from your own corpse.

Gore Effects: Toggle bone particles and death sounds for a more dramatic death experience.

Zombie Mode: Activate the zombified option to spawn a zombie wearing your head instead of a regular corpse. You'll need to defeat it in combat to reclaim your items.

Save Your Preferences

Changes apply immediately. Return to /trigger config anytime to adjust settings further.
