How to Survive the Lava Hazard Rooms

Identifying Lava Sections

Lava rooms feature wide orange pools with narrow white or quartz paths crossing above them. These are high-consequence areas where a single mistake means death. The floating red text warnings appear before you enter—read them carefully.

Jumping Technique

Approach each jump with a clear line of sight to your landing spot. Use sprint-jumping for longer gaps, but stop sprinting before narrow sections to maintain control. Land in the center of each block, not at the edge.

If you're uncertain about a jump distance, walk to the edge first and assess. The map is designed to be completable without blind jumps—trust that every gap is intentional.

Recovery Strategy

If you fall into lava, you'll respawn at the room's start. Don't panic on subsequent attempts; use your previous run to memorize the sequence. Some players find it helpful to pause between jumps to plan their next move rather than rushing through in one flow.
