How to Navigate the Wooden Parkour Rooms
Understanding the Layout
The early wooden rooms introduce basic parkour mechanics. You'll encounter narrow wooden logs, small pillars, and gaps over water or lava. These rooms are designed to teach you timing and precision before difficulty increases.
Crossing Safely
Read the signs at the room entrance—they explain what hazard you're about to face. Walk slowly across wooden logs to avoid sliding off; sprinting can cause you to overshoot jumps. Look for sea lanterns or floating red text that marks safe landing spots.
When jumping between pillars, aim for the center of each block. If you fall into water, you'll respawn; lava is more punishing, so prioritize accuracy over speed in those sections.
Using Story Dialogue
Chat messages and wall signs provide hints about upcoming challenges. Pay attention to warnings about slippery surfaces or narrow paths. The story context explains why each room exists, which can help you mentally prepare for the difficulty spike ahead.
Take breaks between rooms if you're struggling—there's no time limit, and the map rewards patience over rushing.
