Set Up Your First Auto Harvest

Basic Setup

Auto Harvest requires three components in the correct arrangement:

1. Place a chest on the ground where you want crops stored

2. Place an item frame directly above the chest (on top of it)

3. Place a hoe inside the item frame

The hoe can be any type—wooden, stone, iron, diamond, or netherite. The mod will respect durability and won't break the hoe, so you can use your best enchanted hoe without worry.

Harvest Area

Once set up, crops will be harvested in a 9×9 area centered on the chest below. Make sure your farmland is positioned so the chest is roughly in the middle of where you want automatic harvesting to occur.

Supported Crops

The mod works with wheat, carrots, potatoes, melons, and several other standard Minecraft crops. Only fully mature crops are harvested and collected into the chest.
