Pbwarps Mod FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I create my first warp?
Stand at the location you want to save, then type `/warps create ` in chat, replacing ` ` with whatever you want to call that warp. You'll see a confirmation message, and the warp is now saved.
How do I teleport to a warp I saved?
Type `/warp` in chat to open the warp GUI, then click on the warp location you want to teleport to from the list.
Can I teleport to warps from the command line instead of using the GUI?
Yes, you can type `/warp ` directly in chat to teleport to a specific warp without opening the GUI, as long as you know the exact name you gave it.
What happens if I give two warps the same name?
The mod will either overwrite the old warp with the new one, or prevent you from creating a duplicate — check the confirmation message when you create the second warp to see which behavior applies.
How do I delete a warp I don't need anymore?
Use the `/warps remove ` command, replacing ` ` with the warp you want to delete. You can also manage your warps through the GUI if a delete button is available there.
Can I rename a warp after I've created it?
There is no direct rename command; instead, create a new warp with the name you want, then remove the old one using `/warps remove`.
Do my warps save if I close the world or restart the server?
Yes, warp locations are saved to your world data and will persist after you close and reopen the world or server.
Is there a limit to how many warps I can create?
The mod does not have a documented hard limit, but creating an extremely large number of warps may impact performance or GUI responsiveness.
Can other players teleport to my warps on a multiplayer server?
Warps are typically personal to each player; other players cannot teleport to your warps unless the server has a shared warp system configured, which depends on server settings.
What should I do if the warp GUI won't open or is broken?
Try typing `/warp` again, check that you have at least one warp created, and verify the mod is properly installed; if the issue persists, try reloading the world or checking for mod conflicts.
