How to Use Patrix on Bedrock or Pocket Edition
Java vs Bedrock
Patrix is primarily a Java Edition resource pack. Bedrock Edition uses a different pack format, so a Java pack file will not load on Bedrock, Pocket Edition, or consoles. If you play Bedrock, you need a Bedrock-converted version of the pack, which the community sometimes distributes separately.
Installing on Bedrock
On Bedrock, resource packs go into the resource_packs folder inside the com.mojang directory, or you can import a .mcpack file by opening it. Once imported, go to Settings, Global Resources, and activate the pack. On mobile, use the in-game import option after downloading the pack file.
Limitations to Expect
Because Patrix targets Java assets, a Bedrock port may not include every model or block. Some custom geometry, like detailed doors or shelves, may fall back to vanilla shapes. Test the pack in a creative world first to see which blocks convert cleanly.
Performance on Mobile
Phones and tablets have limited memory. Use a lower resolution tier of Patrix on mobile, and disable fancy leaves or particles if the game stutters. Close background apps before launching.
