Parkour Blocks Map FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I start the parkour course?
Spawn on the main platform and look for the gold blocks with pink arrows—this is your starting point. Step on the gold pressure plate to activate the first checkpoint and begin your climb.
What do the gold pressure plates do?
Gold pressure plates on gold blocks act as checkpoints that save your progress as you climb. When you step on one, your spawn point is set to that location, so you won't have to restart from the beginning if you fall.
Can I set my spawn point in the Nether section?
Yes—the map lets you use gold pressure plates to set your spawn point safely even when you're inside the Nether, so you won't lose progress if you die in that dimension.
I fell and lost all my progress. How do I get back to where I was?
Make sure you stepped on a gold pressure plate checkpoint before you fell—this saves your spawn point. If you did, you'll respawn at that checkpoint instead of the start. If you didn't reach a checkpoint yet, you'll need to climb again from the main platform.
Are there secrets hidden in this map?
Yes—there are hidden secrets buried underneath the main platform, so explore around the starting area carefully. Additionally, there's a secret chest waiting for you at the very end of the course as a reward for finishing.
What blocks make up the parkour course?
The course uses a variety of floating blocks including wood, stone, brick, warped, and bamboo blocks arranged as jumping challenges. You'll also encounter trapdoors as part of some sections.
Do I have to go through the Nether?
Yes—the map takes you through multiple dimensions including the Nether as part of the climbing journey to reach the top.
Is this map too hard for average players?
No—the map is designed to give normal players a fair challenge that is fun but not too difficult. You start on simple platforms and the difficulty increases gradually as you climb higher.
What happens when I reach the top?
You'll find out what waits for you at the end—the map rewards players who complete the full climb with a secret chest containing a prize.
Can I play this map with other players?
This is a single-player parkour challenge map, though multiple players can explore it together in the same world if your server or multiplayer setup supports it.
