Disable Hand Sway and Keep Your Hand Visible When HUD is Hidden

Overlay Tweaks provides fine control over how your character's hand appears in first-person view, including its movement and visibility.

Steps

1. Open your mod configuration

2. Navigate to Hand View Customization settings

3. Find the disable hand sway option and toggle it ON

• Your hand will now remain steady and won't bob or sway with your movement

4. Look for the keep hand visible in hidden HUD option

5. Enable this setting if you want your hand to remain visible even when you toggle your HUD off (usually with F1)

6. Save your configuration

Result

Your hand will stay perfectly still while moving, reducing visual distraction. When you hide your HUD for screenshots or immersion, your hand can remain visible if desired, giving you more control over your first-person experience.
