How to Spot Ores Effectively

1. Explore systematically — Mine in straight lines or grid patterns through caves rather than randomly tunneling. The enhanced textures make ores visible from a distance, so consistent movement ensures you don't miss deposits.

2. Use optimal lighting — Bring torches or lanterns. The resource pack's brighter ore textures work best with adequate light; darkness still obscures them somewhat.

3. Look at eye level and above — Rare ores often spawn at specific heights. Focus your gaze on walls and ceilings as you move through caves.

4. Mine exposed ore faces — When you spot one ore, check the surrounding blocks. Ore veins cluster together, so finding one often leads to more.

5. Return to known caves — Once you've explored a cave system, the brightened textures make it faster to spot any ores you initially missed on subsequent visits.
