Dig Straight Down to Bedrock Safely

Use the Stab Shot for Vertical Piercing

The Stab Shot fires a concentrated energy beam that cuts straight down through all terrain layers, reaching bedrock without requiring you to dig manually.

Execute a Stab Strike

1. Run /function orbital_strike_cannon:get_stab to obtain a Stab rod

2. Hold the fishing rod in your main hand

3. Stand directly above the location where you want to pierce downward

4. Aim straight down and right-click to cast the fishing line

5. The beam will carve a path through stone, dirt, and other blocks down to bedrock

Safety Considerations

The Stab Shot deals heavy damage to players and mobs in its path, so ensure no allies are below your strike zone. This rod is ideal for creating mine shafts, finding rare ores, or accessing the deep underground quickly. Unlike traditional mining, the Stab Shot creates a direct vertical tunnel, making it efficient for reaching specific depths. Use this when you need speed over precision.
