One Click Join Mod FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

Where is the One Click Join button on the main menu?
The button appears on your main menu screen alongside the standard Singleplayer, Multiplayer, and Realms buttons. It displays your last joined server's icon if available.
What happens if I've never joined a server before?
The One Click Join button will be disabled or inactive until you join a multiplayer server at least once. After your first server connection, the button becomes functional.
Does the mod remember my server if I join a different one?
Yes, the mod updates to remember whichever server you joined most recently. Each time you connect to a new server, that becomes your new "last joined" server.
Can I use this mod with servers that require authentication or passwords?
The mod reconnects you to the same server address you previously joined, so it will work with password-protected servers as long as you were able to connect before. You may need to re-enter credentials depending on your server's setup.
What if the server I last joined is now offline?
Clicking the button will attempt to connect anyway and you'll receive a connection timeout or "server not found" error. You can then return to the main menu and join a different server, which becomes your new last joined server.
Does this mod work with modded servers?
Yes, the mod works with any multiplayer server you can normally join, whether vanilla or modded. It simply stores and reconnects to the server address.
Will the button work if I'm offline or have no internet?
No, you need an active internet connection to join any server. The button will attempt to connect but fail without network access.
Can I change which server the button connects to without joining it first?
The mod automatically tracks your last joined server and doesn't provide a manual selection interface. You must join a different server through the normal multiplayer menu to change the button's target.
Does this mod affect performance or cause lag?
No, this is a lightweight quality-of-life mod that only adds a button to the main menu. It has no impact on in-game performance or server connection speed.
What if the server icon doesn't show on the button?
Some servers don't provide an icon, so the button may display a default placeholder instead. This doesn't affect functionality—the button will still connect you to the correct server.
