Customize Glow Strength and Particle Effects

Access Customization Settings

Open your resource pack options through the Minecraft resource pack menu. Omnis' Enchantments provides toggles and sliders for visual intensity.

Adjust Glow and Particles

Locate the glow strength slider to make enchanted item outlines brighter or more subtle. If your system struggles with performance, reduce the particle count setting—this lowers the number of floating runic particles spinning around your tools and weapons without removing them entirely.

Fine-Tune Lighting

Toggle held lighting on or off depending on whether you want enchanted items to cast light in dark caves. If you prefer directional lighting (where the light direction changes based on where you're holding the item), toggle that separately.

Apply and Test

Save your changes and return to your world. Hold an enchanted tool in a dark area to verify the glow and lighting match your preference. Adjust again if needed—there's no penalty for experimenting with different settings.
