Omnis Enchantments Resource Pack FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

Why don't my enchanted items have outlines when I load the pack?
Check that you've applied the resource pack in your world settings and that it's positioned above any conflicting packs in the load order. If outlines are still missing, open the customization options and verify that the outline toggle is enabled for your item category.
How do I turn off the runic particles if they're distracting?
Open the resource pack's customization menu and locate the runic particles toggle, then switch it to off. You can also disable just the particle spin animation while keeping the particles themselves if you prefer a calmer effect.
Can I make the glow brighter or dimmer?
Yes—access the customization options and adjust the glow strength slider to increase or decrease how bright your enchanted items shine. You can fine-tune this separately from particle count if you want a subtle glow with lots of particles, or vice versa.
Does this pack work with other visual mods like shader packs?
Yes, this pack works alongside most shader packs, but very bright shaders may wash out the glow effects. Test it in-game and adjust glow strength if needed; the pack is also compatible with add-ons like Real Arrow Tip and Classic Tools Fusion.
Why is my held enchanted item not lighting up dark caves?
Make sure the held lighting toggle is enabled in customization options. If it's on but not working, check that directional lighting is also enabled, as some configurations require both settings active for the effect to function.
Can I choose different glint styles for weapons versus armor?
Yes—the customization menu has separate glint options for weapons and wearable armor pieces, so you can pick reworked, vanilla, minimal, or no glint independently for each category.
What's the difference between the glint style options?
Reworked gives a clean, custom shimmer; vanilla uses the standard Minecraft glint animation; minimal shows a subtle effect; and no glint removes the shimmer entirely while keeping outlines and particles if enabled.
Do the 3D arrows on bows affect my FPS?
The 3D arrow display is generally lightweight, but if you notice performance drops, try disabling runic particles or reducing particle count in customization to free up resources.
Why do some enchanted items not have outlines even though the toggle is on?
Some item categories can be toggled individually in customization—check that outlines are enabled for the specific item type you're looking at, such as tools, weapons, or armor.
Can I customize the color of the glow and outlines?
This pack uses color based on enchantment type (like purple for most magic), and color customization is not available in the standard customization menu. The glow strength and particle effects can be adjusted, but the hue is tied to the enchantment itself.
