How to Keep the Warnings Gone Across Launcher Profiles and Modpacks

Why the Warnings Come Back

The mod lives in a specific instance's mod folder. If you launch a different profile, a different modpack, or a fresh installation, that instance does not have the mod and the vanilla warnings return. Nothing is broken — you are just in an instance without the mod.

Making It Stick

1. Identify every instance you actually play: your main profile, any modpacks, and any test worlds.

2. For each one, open its mod folder and confirm this mod is present alongside your other mods.

3. Launch each instance once and check the Mods list to confirm it loaded.

4. If you use a launcher that supports shared or global mod folders, place the mod there so new instances inherit it automatically.

5. After adding or removing mods, always do a full game restart rather than returning to the title screen — resource pack screen behavior is registered at startup.

Modpack Updates

When a modpack updates, it may overwrite or prune the mods folder. Re-add the mod after major pack updates and re-check the Mods list. If the pack ships its own resource packs that trigger warnings, the mod suppresses those too, so you get a clean selection screen in every instance where it is installed.
