How to Silence the Multiplayer and Tutorial Pop-Ups

Turning Off Tutorial Pop-Ups

The tutorial toasts (movement hints, "open your inventory" prompts, and similar) appear for new players. No More Pop-Ups removes them by default. To confirm, open the config via ModMenu or Cloth Config and check that the tutorial toggle is off. This stops the hints from appearing in both singleplayer and multiplayer.

Handling the Multiplayer Warning

When you join a multiplayer server, Minecraft can show a warning screen about online play. The mod suppresses this by default through its own toggle. If you want the warning back — for example, on a shared family computer — set that toggle to on in the config.

Applying and Testing

Close the config screen to save. Join a server and start a fresh world to test: the tutorial hints should not appear, and the multiplayer warning should be skipped. If either still shows, reopen the config and re-check the matching toggle, since each pop-up has its own independent switch. Remember these are per-instance client settings, so a different launcher profile keeps its own configuration.
